A practical route to production

Clear decisions before the line starts.

A useful brief reduces delay, protects quality and makes the production plan easier to price and schedule.

  1. 01

    Share the brief

Tell us what you need packed, in what format, at what volume and by when.

  2. 02

    Prove the route

We review product, components, line fit, tooling, checks and any trial requirements.

  3. 03

    Plan production

Once scope and samples are agreed, we align materials, approvals and a realistic schedule.

  4. 04

    Pack & prepare

The agreed process is run, checked and prepared for collection, pallet or parcel dispatch.

Control you can build into the brief

Practical, traceable production checks.

Your specification should define what a conforming pack looks like. We use the agreed brief to structure setup, in-process checks and the information retained for the job.

  • Agreed product, component and artwork references
  • Line clearance and changeover controls
  • Fill, closure, label and coding checks as specified
  • Batch information and samples where agreed

Questions before you enquire

The useful details, upfront.

Not sure whether your project is a fit? Start with the essentials and we will help identify the next practical check.

Or call 01494 623015
What information do you need to quote a contract packing project?

Share the product, pack format, fill size or quantity, expected volume, component status, target date and any specific coding, checking or dispatch requirements. Samples and drawings are helpful when available.

Can you support a trial or a shorter production run?

Potentially, yes. The workable batch size depends on the product, format, setup and cleaning requirements. Tell us your launch or trial quantity and we will assess the most practical route.

Can Stockholm source packaging components?

Component supply can be discussed as part of the project. If you already have containers, closures, labels or cartons, include their specifications and delivery status in the brief.

How quickly can production begin?

Timing depends on line fit, component availability, trials, approvals and current capacity. Sending a complete brief early helps us identify the critical path and give you a realistic schedule.

Will you protect confidential product information?

We can establish the appropriate confidentiality route before you share commercially sensitive formulas, specifications or launch details.

Start with your production brief

Tell us what needs packing.

Product, pack, volume and timing are enough to start. Add samples, drawings or specifications once we have confirmed the best route for the detail.

Your enquiry is sent to sales@lancinguk.com. We use it only to respond to your request.
